A fresh, slightly wooded style of Viognier, express- ing the cultivar and terroir characteristics. On the nose a combination of fresh floral aromas, tropical fruit and dried peaches. Flavours of melon and pear combines with white blossoms and perfume for a full mouth feel along with a fresh balanced acid- ity for a lively finish. Thee wine spent three months on fine fermentation lees for that smooth round mouthfeel. Great companion to pasta, Indian and Middle Eastern Cuisine, as well as seafood and curries.
