OUR WINES A medium bodied wine, best served chilled like a white wine. Abundance of raspberries, candy floss and pink sweets flavours on the nose with fruity biscuit and sour cherry tones on the palate. It is the ideal wine to serve in between white and the heavier style red wines and a superb sundowner tipple. Picked at optimal ripeness, these grapes were fermented as wholeberries, with about 20% whole bunches, in small open top fermenters.
