OUR WINES A fresh, fruity style of Sau- vignon blanc jumping out of the glass. On the nose a combination of fresh figs, gooseberries and kiwi flavours with a lingering mouth feel and a fresh crisp acidity for a lively finish. Kiwi and litchi on the exit. Our Sauvignon blanc is created from a single block on the cooler slopes of our vineyard. A cool breeze down the kloof during harvest time, keeps the fla- vours fresh, pronounced and lingering.
