Alcohol: 13.5% S E M I L L ON S AU V I G N ON B L A N C W I N E M A K E R S S E L E C T I ON Harvested and fermented together, this blend delivers zesty fruit flavours on the nose with the typical long and smooth finish of Semi- llon on the palate. Fresh limes, gooseberries, and green grass on the nose. A nice zesty acid from the Sauvignon blanc compliments the full round mouthfeel of the ripe Semillon to create a crisp yet lingering fresh- ness with vanilla and dried peach tones from the wood.
