OUR WINES Our success with growing Pinotage inspired us to try our hand at Pinot Noir, one of Pinotage’s parents. And what a pleasant result! Again, the typical Silkbush characteristics of ample fruit and soft, yet lingering taste shows on this wine. This is a medium bodied Pinot Noir with blackcur- rant, pomegranate and brambles on the nose. The palate shows dark choc- olate, sourcherries, and vanilla. Served slightly chilled.
