Return and Refund Policy for Silkbush Wines

At Silkbush Wines, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policies below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as opened bottles or damaged goods, may not be eligible for return.

2. Requesting a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at johann@silkbush.co.za or anton@silkbush.co.za with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Shipping the Return

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, opened bottles, and special order items are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us within the return period. We will guide you through the process.
