Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options to ensure your wine arrives safely and promptly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount; details will be provided during checkout.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local (within region): 2-5 business days
  • Domestic (within country): 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier logistics.

Shipping Restrictions
Silkbush Wines ships only within authorized regions and complies with all legal regulations regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s transit.

Unauthorized or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the shipment, the carrier will attempt redelivery or contact you for arrangements. Silkbush Wines is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

Customs and Import Duties
Not applicable for domestic shipments.

Changes or Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
