This is a medium bodied wine, best served chilled like a white wine. Abundance of Raspberries, candy floss, and pink sweet flavours on the nose with fruity biscuit and sour cherry tones on the palate. This is the ideal wine to serve in between white and the heavier style red wines, and a superb sundowner tipple.
This wine pairs very well with mild cheese, duck, chicken, and pasta dishes.
