Bright ruby red colour. A bouquet of spice, white pepper and red cherry fuses with red berries. The palate is surprisingly rich and structured with layers of red fruit wrapped up in soft, comforting oak hints and spicy tones. Really long and luscious with a full mouth feel.
Can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes, from oysters and game to spicy Middle Eastern cuisine. A winner with red meats, yet elegant enough to be enjoyed with white meats.
